Kemmy founded Kglow Skinlab in 2012 to provide exclusive and personalized beauty services at an affordable price while maintaining prestige and trust. Her dedication to providing quality services has made Kglow Skinlab one of the most sought-after beauty and wellness brands in Singapore.
In 2018, Kemmy partnered with Richz Holdings to introduce Lab-Grown Diamonds into the business, bringing a new dimension of diversity and scalability to the brand. Recognizing the need for deeper emotional value in fine jewelry, she later expanded into Legacy Diamonds creating a unique selling point that sets her diamonds apart from the rest. By transforming cherished memories into timeless diamonds, she redefined luxury with a personal and sentimental touch. That same year, Kemmy also developed her own range of skincare products, showcasing her creativity and innovation in the beauty industry.
Kemmy's expertise and excellence in her field have earned her recognition from several prestigious organizations. She was nominated as one of Fortune's Most Powerful Women (Asia) and was awarded the renowned IR Magazine's Certificate of Excellence in 2008 for her quality corporate investor relation activities. Additionally, in 2019, she was awarded the Honouree by Spirit of Enterprise Singapore, highlighting her exceptional leadership and business acumen.
Kemmy currently serves as the Honorary Secretary for the Curtin University Alumni. She is also committed to giving back to her alma mater by mentoring final-semester graduates through the Curtin Industry Connect program.
